Domaine Faiveley Mercurey 'La Framboisiere' (Domaine) (Monopole) 2016 2018 A blend of 95% ProseccoStrawberries and raspberries abound in this 90pt Mercurey from the aptly named 11 hectare Monopole a single vineyard owned by one proprietor. A fifth of the grapes were fermented as whole bunches, which has brought out an ample, fleshy fruitiness.
