We now have a hearing loop
An assistive listening system known as an induction loop or a hearing loop has been installed in the church. The new system allows parishioners with hearing loss to hear services easily and clearly with the use of their own hearing aid, implant or a
receiver.
How to use the hearing loop
If you have a hearing aid, you likely have a feature known as a telecoil or “t-coil” in it. This feature is not automatically activated by audiologists but is present in most hearing aids and all implants on the market today. Someone using a hearing aid can use the new assistive system by simply switching to the t-coil program on a personal hearing device.
If you are not sure if your hearing aid has a t-coil program or whether it is activated, contact your audiologist. Receivers are available for parishioners to use with the new system if they don’t have hearing aids, or if their hearing aid does not have a t-coil in it.
You can find more information about this exciting new technology on the tables near the entrance of the church.

Masses are in the church and via livestream.
The obligation to attend in-person Mass resumed in May 2021. This applies to Catholics who are considered healthy and who are without significant risk factors — or who have other serious reasons for not attending Mass. For more information and a link to an FAQ about the return to Mass, please click here.
Please read Fr. Mark’s letter on the Pastor’s Page about going to Mass during these times.

- Daily 12:10 p.m.

Reconciliation is held at Sacred Heart of Jesus during the following days and times. During the day, confessions are heard in the cry room at the back of the church, behind the altar. On Friday evenings, the priests hear confessions in the brides room, which is just inside the front doors on the left.
