The 2020 Mt Eliza Estate Sauvignon Blanc was sourced exclusively from Mount Eliza Estate in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula
100% Pinot Grigio grown along the King River in the heights of Victoria's Alpine region
The wines were then raised for 12 months in a mixture of older oak casks
His Merricks Pinot is in a bit more full-bodied (in comparison to his other Pinots)
