The Marchionni family settled here in the late 1970s to make wine and in 1998
with some 9% Listán Blanco and maybe 1% Tintilla
and there is nothing added to the wines except a small amount of sulphur at bottling
This method preserves the acidity needed to counterbalance that unctuous weight
