Rusden 'Black Guts' Shiraz 375ml 2021 mt-riley-wines marzipan and brined olivesThis release offers a dense, expressive nose filled with dark fruits, graphite and spice. On the palate, layers of dark cherry, plum and hints of dark chocolate are seamlessly integrated with well judged oak. There's impressive depth and concentration, balanced by silky tannins and bright acidity that lend energy and elegance. A fine example of New World fruit harnessed with Old World restraint and craftsmanship.
