Bertrand Single Malt 5 yrs 42.2% 700ml bodegas-urbina Before tirage the team blended

Before tirage the team blended the base wines with 5% red wine made from Pinot Précoce to give a delicate soft pink colour and some vibrant red fruit flavours

It was then kept in bottle for three months before release

As always this is a Nebbiolo drinker's Dolcetto

Suenen explains that the wines from this vineyard express themselves with great finesse
