Nicolas Alziari DOP 'Cuvee Cesar' Olive Oil from Provence, 250ml do not order Small deba – a smallerThe Alziari DOP Cuvee Cesar olive oil is only available at certain times of year, and is produced in very small quantities. Its made from Cailletier olives, which gives the oil a grassy aroma and the flavour of almonds and artichokes. Use it to dress tomato salads or burrata or mozzerella cheese or to finish a refreshing gazpacho soup. The olives are cold extracted which means the oil never goes over 27C during production, so the aroma compounds
