The Mayfair team is excited to host a fun, meaningful evening In compliance with local and state health and safety guidelines. Please see the information below regarding our event format, layout and logistics.

We strongly recommend that you purchase Mayfair tickets online (school.shjboulder.org/mayfair/). When doing so, please select the option to save your credit card to the ticketing system. This is a secure site that will allow a contact-free check-out at the conclusion of the event.

Do not attend if you are feeling ill, experiencing a fever, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath or flu-like symptoms. Please email Mayfair@shjboulder.com to cancel and request a refund.

In accordance with the statewide mask mandate, please bring a face-covering to Mayfair for use in cases where social distances of 6ft cannot be maintained.

Mayfair 2020 will take place entirely outdoors. Please plan for an evening under the stars and bring extra layers if necessary!

Mayfair 2020 will run from 6PM until 9:30PM. The silent auction will close and main program/live auction will begin promptly at 7:30PM. Please plan your arrival to ensure adequate time to eat, browse auction items, and be seated for the main program.

Bidding for silent auction items will take place using your mobile devices. There will be no paper bid sheets available. As such, please bring your mobile cell phone or tablet.
